Jogging in the rain: A game of desire
Chapter 1: Damp departure
It was raining heavily when Lisa opened the door to her apartment. The smell of wet soil and fresh air filled the atmosphere as she decided to go jogging despite the weather. With her steaming breath, she stepped out and left the warm ceiling of the apartment behind her. While running, she felt the rain on her skin, cool and tingling — an unexpected pleasure.
As she walked through the park, she noticed a jogger taking powerful steps along the path. His muscular legs and concentrated face made her heart beat faster. Their eyes met, and for a moment, the world around them seemed to disappear. She accelerated her course so as not to lose another second. The rain continued to drum on their bodies, refreshing and energizing at the same time.
A playful race began while the jogger cheered them on with a mischievous smile. Lisa felt alive, every step inspired her. His head full of thoughts about his bright eyes and the way his breath was in the rhythm of their steps. As they whirred past a nearby tree, she felt the attraction like lightning. The rain was getting heavier, the air was electric — the perfect moment.
He suddenly stopped and looked at her. “So far and no further?” He spoke in a challenging way, whereupon she promised not to give up even though her legs began to burn. She wasn't allowed to weaken. The conflict between challenge and desire was in the air as he got closer. The surrounding noises disappeared and the rain enveloped her like a sensual blanket. With a warm smile and an inviting movement, he pointed to a nearby fallen tree trunk, which was secretly an invitation. Her heart was pounding just as she sat next to him, the cold of the rain and the heat of the changed situation mixed in the air.
Lisa turned to him and let her gaze glide across his wet hair, the water over his cheeks and made him appear radiant and masculine. She suddenly held her breath as he met her eyes and grabbed her hands — an unexpected adventure lay ahead of her. The moment was coming, a connection that promised so much more. As her lips almost came into contact, flashes of tension swept through her body. What would happen now?
