You choose the length yourself: Normal runs 7 to 9 minutes, XL 12 to 15 minutes and XXL from 22 minutes. Normal is enough for a clear arc in between other things, XL gives the story room for detail and changes of pace, and XXL unfolds over several chapters — for instance as a ritual before falling asleep.
Certain topics can be excluded from the questionnaire. The content is based on personal requirements and is based on individual limits.

You can cancel your hearr subscription at any time in your account under Settings → Manage Subscription with a single click – with no notice period and no need to provide a reason. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
hearr is designed for discretion: Your questionnaire responses are used exclusively to create your story and are not shared with third parties.
The payment will appear on your bank statement as "hearr media" – without any indication of our content. The payment is processed through a certified payment provider.
