Exhausted and satisfied

After an intensive workout in the gym, while Julia and Mark's muscles tensed and then relaxed, time seemed to stand still. The sweat had put a glow on her skin as they sat down on the yoga mats together to finish the last exercises of the day. Julia was exhausted, the energy of the training had literally been squeezed out of her. But just at that moment, as she laid her head on her neck and took a deep breath, an unexpected energy was created between the two. Mark watched them with a happy smile. Her hair stuck to her forehead, but the look on her face was both tired and vivid. “I could never get enough of you,” he muttered softly as he leaned closer to her. Their eyes met and it was as if the air was crackling around them. After all the exhausting hours, this moment felt like a mysterious beginning. Julia wasn't sure where that look would lead her, but the urge to get closer was irresistible. The soft touch of his hand on her arm made her look up. Her heart beat faster when she discovered the desire in his eyes. “Don't we just want to stay a bit longer?” , he asked, his voice was little more than a whisper. The tension between them was almost palpable, and Julia felt they were destined for something bigger. The world around them was fading away, and here, in that moment, it was just the two of them and the opportunity to take the next step.
