Harvard Confirms: Masturbation for health prevention

After skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men. All the more remarkable is a finding that comes from one of the most renowned research institutions in the world: Harvard Medical School.

What the study shows

Scientists studied over 29,000 men between 46 and 81 years of age over several years. They recorded the average ejaculation frequency per month — through sex, masturbation or nocturnal emissions — at various stages of life.

The result was clear: men who ejaculated 21 or more times per month had a 31% lower risk of prostate cancer compared to men who only ejaculated 4-7 times per month.

A follow-up Australian study confirmed the finding: Men who ejaculated an average of 4.6 to 7 times a week had a 36% lower risk of developing prostate cancer before the age of 70.

Why could that be the case?

One of the leading hypotheses is the so-called “prostate stagnation hypothesis”: The prostate produces secretions in which potentially carcinogenic substances can accumulate. More frequent ejaculations could flush out these substances regularly and thus reduce the risk of cancer.

Important to emphasize: It is a correlation, not a proven causality. Other lifestyle factors also play a role. Nonetheless, the relationship is statistically robust and consistent across several independent studies.

What does that mean for you?

The key point: The study assessed the total number of ejaculations, not whether they were caused by sex with a partner — masturbation counted the same. This is important because it means that solo experiences are just as relevant to health.

And that's where it gets interesting.

Imagination is key

Anyone who masturbates regularly knows that the quality of the experience depends heavily on mental stimulation. Audioerotica — i.e. erotic content that you hear instead of seeing — has a particular advantage: It activates the imagination directly, without the often artificial visual language of video formats.

Studies on sexual psychology show that individual fantasies play a central role in this. What really excites someone is as personal as a fingerprint — and generic content often doesn't hit that point.

Your imagination. Your audio.

That is exactly the approach behind our tool: You describe your very personal imagination — scenario, voice, atmosphere, tempo — and get a tailor-made Spicy Audio that fits just right in. No compromises. No scrolling through content that isn't really made for you.

Because if Harvard researchers are right, regular sexual fulfillment isn't just nice — it could also be good for you.
